Shipping Policy
At Francis Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via UPS.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days within the United States.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact shipping schedules. Francis Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Francis Jewelry is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before your order is shipped.
