At Francis Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, Francis Jewelry will cover all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • A replacement with the correct item at no additional cost.

Manufacturing Defects

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, Francis Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.

After inspection, you may choose between:

  • A full refund.

  • A replacement with the same item (subject to availability).

Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue and include photos of the product.

Change of Mind or Ordering the Wrong Item

If you wish to return or exchange an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are welcome to do so within the eligible return period.

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund according to your request.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
